Generally, any individual or organization that is registered or authorized to do business in his country with experience in area such as installation, repair and assembly of items and equipment in buildings for their functioning, or planning of small- and large-scale renovation projects. Also non business persons such as makers and hobbyists who are 18 years or older can become IoT Enablers to the extent that they use Realogy for personal purposes only.

Although you may already have technical experience and specific knowledge of the interiors of e.g. air conditioners, you still have to solve several technical problems and spent a lot of time to make your air conditioner a cyber-physical system, probably performing operations that are not skilfully made or do not afford complete safety.

The price for your IoT enablement service depends on the type of device you connect and the level of customization requested by your client, and generally is 50 euros per hour. You can add a call or transfer fee in your pricing settings on the Realer platform included in Realogy.
The client will communicate to you his/her preferences through Realer.
When you get an IoT enablement service request, you will be notified by the Realer platform. You have 24 hours to accept or decline a service request before it expires. IoT Enablers who accept their service requests are able to provide more IoT enablement services per day and earn more per day.
Once you have completed the IoT enablement job for your client, you get paid via the Realer platform. Realer has a dedicated payment system that facilitates all payments from clients to IoT Enablers. Payment is made by direct deposit and takes some time for the money to get to you, usually up to 3 business days.
